[Encore] Internet Explorer 7.0 problem with Encore?

Hi  Debbie,

Here is the fix for the problem you are experiencing.  It is really easy to
implement.  Thanks again to Richard Bowman for coming up with the fix and to
Kevin Jepson for posting it up to The Barn.
