[Encore] caution when patching

Hi folks

Please be carefull when patching to v5. The patch is 42000 lines long, 
and it is tempting to paste in huge chunks of code at a time. That is 
not wise. Only paste in small chunks, i.e. one verb at a time! Yes, it 
takes time (I used around three hours for patching 4 to 5), but else, 
network lag and input throttle may jumble commands. One command can then 
be carried out before the previous has finished, and that can be 
desastrous. Especially, pay attention to those lines:

" ##### Do the next line as a single line and wait for the result!

And please make copies of your database! The wisest thing would be to 
make a copy of the database and patch the copy on a new port, then take 
your time (days) to check out everything, report bugs, etc. and then, 
when everything is OK, shut down the original, move the copy to the 
original port.
