[Encore] log when patching to v5

Hi all

I'm helping Julian right now. I noticed that it would be helpfull to 
have a log of the patching process: Many places print out messages to 
the patcher with comments what is going on.

I suggest that you make a log and keep it when patching to v5. If you 
use tkmoo, a automatic log is written to a text file of your choice. 
That's a great feature of tkmoo.
