[Encore] A Fix Is In for IE7

Hey Richard,
I tried BC-MOO with Mozilla and it worked fine. It just updated on
its own the other day, so I think it is the latest version.
(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.8)
Gecko/20061025 Firefox/1.5.0.8)
It also worked in IE7 just fine.
Whatever you did, it appears to work. Thanks for sharing it!
