[High5/Serious Play] how can we get new players (and their rooms) erased from Encore?

Hi Helga,
I just finished the job.
Some of the students had multiple personalities; e.g. NataliaR and
NataliaR2. In such cases, I deleted both (since they had never logged in).
Good luck -- and have fun -- using High Five today!
