[Encore] Sharing objects with Encore

The original moo server and the original moo (lambdamoo) database have 
so to speak no sharing capability. Encore has gone a long way in 
offering shared ownership. v5 even allows you to share objects with 
groups (as groups). Of course, that doesn't go for verb code access.

is very interesting, and with all the work (i.e., security and 
permission testing) already been done in the Program Editor (v5), I 
don't think it would be very difficult to implement the gist of it there.
