[Encore] Downloading/installing v5 instructions

Hey Peter,

Here's the place to find the install info you were asking about:

I think TTU is going to v5 also, so we should see how we can share our
experiences of installing.  I'm thinking of putting up a version of the
instructions in a wiki and then people can add or correct issues as they
come across them. What do you think?
