[Encore] Been to the Barn lately?

Hey Kevin,
The Barn looks GREAT, and I really appreciate all the work you have put into
maintaining this resource for all of us.
One request I would have (if anyone can solve this one) is for a clear guide
for hosting an encore site via a commercial web hosted site. You know, the
kind you might pay $40 or $50 a year to have. How can you install and
maintain an enCore moo (v4 or v5) in some web space that you might have
access to via a Cpanel interface? That would give most of us the
independence and control we need to have our own enCore sites.
