[Encore] $player_start solution

Hey!

Just wanted to say that I found the best way to not have the player automatically go to $player_start can be found on line:

$wiz:mcd_2 line 62

Which is what does that work. Simply change it, or comment it out, or whatever, and you'll no longer automatically be transported to #62 every time.
