[Encore] question about java

[Paul Shovlin]

I don't believe it has had that patch loaded...we're currently without any 
real technical support, so we've been stalled for putting out updates...

I asked the person having trouble to log in via Firefox and she said she 
was having the same problem...I don't think she was trying to open IE tabs 
in Firefox though, but I'll mention it to her...
