Hi Everyone,

I would like to echo Jan's call for help in completing this Documentation
Project. If you have some time to play around in High Five and try out how
the help works that would be great.

This documentation was created as a partnership between University of Bergen
(and the LINGO Project), the enCore Consortium, and Texas Tech University.
Let me explain a couple of things about it--

It is single-source documentation which means that the content lives on a
single server and is accessed by every site using enCore v5. The help system
established in the beta High Five site (http://lingo.uib.no:6002/) will be
available for all users of v5. Probably when the help is completed, there
will be a version update with current access to the documentation.

It is primarily designed for the chief context of use--in-program help or
contextual help. It is designed to be useful for users while they are within
enCore. However, as single-source documentation, this content can be
accessed also as a website and as a print pdf file.

Work on this documentation project has been ongoing for over a year. From
what Jan tells me, he is trying to complete his work on version 1.0 of this
documentation within the next two weeks, so NOW is the time to help if you
are able.

In order not to clog this list with lots of documentation emails, I
recommend that you join the Doc Project Forum within High Five. This is a
discussion forum set up just for documentation topics. In order to
subscribe to this list,

1) click on the menu item MAIL/FORUM within High Five
2) click on the light bulb help item
3) look for the help instructions for how to subscribe to a forum (this will
be a good test of the documentation!)
4) subscribe to the forum named "DocProject" (you have to scroll down a
ways to find it).

Then post your feedback and suggestions into this forum.

Thanks to Jan for all his hard work on this project!!!
