[Encore] Interesting paper

Hi Folks
I hope your day is going well.
Found this paper by Bradley Dilger in 2000 that has some really interesting
points about how we use computer systems.  These points are definitely
applicable to enCore and it's continuing deevlopment as a "learning
environment".
