[Encore] Server specs for your MOOs

I encourage you to respond to Kevin's query, and Kevin could you please 
keep your responses so that we can use that information to create a 
comprehensive hosting guide for enCore.  I'm going to add one more thing 
to the list--backup? How do you backup your system? I'll throw in a 
question about any kind of mooserver restart script you may have.  Here 
is the amended list of questions:


1) What are the hardware specs for the server that runs your MOO?
2) Is it a dedicated server?
3) What is the largest number of users you've had online at one time?
4) Were there significant lag problems at that time?
5) What webserver software is running alongside enCore?
6) Have you made the optimization that I referenced before?
7) If so has it made any difference when you have alot of users online?
8) What system to you have for backing up and restoring your moo database?
9) Do you have a special script to restart the mooserver if your entire 
server goes down?  What is that script?

Putting together this hosting guide will be really important for both 
new sites and for established one that may not realize they could (or 
should) be doing things differently.  Thanks Kevin!
