[Encore] Firefox Login Problems -- Fix

Hi everyone,


The problem with Firefox is caused by the Adblock (/Plus) extension, 
which blocks the applet*. I.e. disable/remove Adblock in order to use 
Firefox with enCore. It is not Firefox in itself, but the Adblock extension.

Disabling Adblock [Tools - Extensions - Adblock Plus - Disable] seems to 
work for Firefox and Adblock Plus. In other words, a complete uninstall 
of the extension does not seem to be necessary.

Of course, this explains why some have experienced the problem and 
others have not.

* My guess is that it blocks the applet because is a "foreign object" - 
an object run from a completely different domain. E.g. in High Five, the 
applet is located on http://lingo.uib.no/ while the LambdaMOO server, 
and thus enCore, listens on http://lingo.uib.no:6002/ (different port).
