[Encore] Problems with V5 beta

Hi Folks
I tried to access the V5 beta site today and can no longer get it to work.
Using Firefox it locks up solid once logged in.  The Java console shows that
the login is complete but Firefox locks up.
Using IE6 I can login OK but cannot access any of the toolbar applets, only
Quit works.
Anybody else notice this recently?
EnCore V4 sites still work fine.
