Limbo, Lost Souls, Wizard... there are already mythological/religious 
concepts, some of them even with theological implications. Newted/toaded 
players become part of the Lost Souls; when disconnected, players go the 
the Limbo...

I agree with you though. This discussion has to be done thoughtfully and 
thoroughly.
