[Encore] call for help: translations

Hi all

As you know, v5 of enCore is localized, i.e., we can now "plug in" 
languages as we like. Right now, there is only English. German will 
follow really soon for distribution. I have people here in Bergen 
working on Italian, which will be distributed as soon as it's finished. 
Same goes for Latin, by courtesy of Barbara.

But what about other languages? Are you interested in having your 
platform in your language? Please come forward. We'll sort out the 
details. Cooperation is needed and highly appreciated.
