[Encore] New v5-build

Thanks for the updates on V5!

It's important that these posts go to the list, IMHO.

So please keep posting problems, fixes etc.

What, if anything at the moment, should I be including at the Barn?

I was thinking that a simple announcement about the fact that V5 beta is
available and where to get it would suffice.

The Barn is being indexed by search engines faster than the list archives so
any mention of V5 will eventually show up on non-list member's searches.

If someone wants to write a formal announcement for public release via the
Barn I would be happy to put it right up front!

I have submitted two "latest news" for the project at 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ele in order for everybody to see this 
information right away when they view the front page for the enCore 
project. I think that is the best place to have these announcements. Do 
you agree? They have RSS feeds as well.

But should we keep posting announcements like this on this mailing list?
