I have submitted two "latest news" for the project at 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ele in order for everybody to see this 
information right away when they view the front page for the enCore 
project. I think that is the best place to have these announcements. Do 
you agree? They have RSS feeds as well.

But should we keep posting announcements like this on this mailing list?
