[Encore] New v5-build

We've just uploaded a new "build" for enCore 5.0 beta to SourceForge.
Fixes for the v5 patch can be found in the enCore-5.0b-build_001.zip / 
enCore-5.0b-build_001.tar.gz file located at
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=171339&package_id=197359&release_id=463852

Others must apply this patch after patching up to v5 by using the 
enCore-5.0b.patch.tar.gz / -.zip at that same URL.

We've also fixed some errors in the File Uploader.
Both an upgrade for upload-1.0rc1 (included in ealier patch / database 
package) and a new "release candidate" may be found at
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=171339&package_id=199509&release_id=437023

The minimal enCore-5.0b database at
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=171339&package_id=197358&release_id=463895 
  has also been updated.

Please note that it might take an hour or so before all files are 
available through SourceForge.net.
