[Encore] v5 is out.

The UTF-8 patch isn't working on my MOO server.

I try to run it on a fresh copy of the source, creating a subdir under
MOO-1.8.1 called 'patches', then I run
patch -l < patches/unicode-moo-4.diff

I then get the following output:
  Looks like a unified context diff.
File to patch:

Am I supposed to give it a filename? The instructions aren't clear on this.
