[Encore] MOOtcan compatibility in IE7?

As far as I know, they have made some changes to the rendering engine. But I
don't know how to grade their work, given the fact that they have been working
on this browser for many, many years. Maybe F?

Seriously: it might be an issue with the mootcan-javascript as the entire web
page containing the applet is built by a javascript. Urgh... 

[ Luckily, Kevin Tysdal and Daniel Jung's new HTML-chat does work fine in IE 7 :) ]
