[Encore] MOOtcan compatibility in IE7?

I now have an answer to one of my questions. When I went to the MS 
Support site today, they had a highlighted link to support for IE7. 
It is at: http://support.microsoft.com/ph/8722

When I get home to my computer with IE7, I will try to take a look at 
security settings which one of the help documents seemed to point a finger at.
