[Encore] New enCore list

Oh my!

I just noticed that the last encore list message was sent to the old 
utdallas list address.  I guess that list is still alive, but since 
Cynthia is no longer at UT-Dallas my understanding is that the old 
encore list will be shut down.  Everyone who was subscribed to the old 
encore-list should be on the new encore at encore-consortium.org list. 

If you get a message from the old utdallas list but not a copy from the 
encore-consortium list, please let me know and I'll make sure you are on 
the new encore list.
