Spring 2005

A Documentation Development Team is in the formation stages to create new documentation for enCore version 5. This new version of enCore should be released in beta form by April or May 2005. At this time, the documentation team will get to work seeking to complete a new guide in time for the official release of v5 by August 2005.

The tentative goal of this team will be to create a new single-source documentation solution for enCore documentation.

In addition to the enCore User's Guide, these additional documents are in line for creation or updating:

• Revised version of the enCore Installation Guide
• An enCore Administrator's Guide
• A Wiki enCore Teaching Guide
• A MOO programming textbook (to promote the use of enCore as a platform for learning beginning programming).
